You may hack the label yourself in <$LODIR>share/config/soffice.cfg/modules/swriter/ui/notebookbar_groupedbar_compact.ui - for me it is line 4117 <property name="label" translatable="yes" context="notebookbar_groupedbar_compact|FormatButton">F_ont<. $LODIR is in my case /lib/libreoffice/.
