Sample docx file which can be used to reproduce the issue

Issue Description:
When opening a specific DOCX document in LibreOffice Writer, images within the
document are rendered incorrectly — they overlap and stack on top of each other
instead of maintaining their intended layout positions. The document contains
multiple images anchored within table rows. The images appear to be displaced
from their intended positions and rendered as a jumbled stack, obscuring
surrounding text and table content.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download and open the attached file: 1200-14-3900-000_PROD_Sanitized
Version.docx (see attached)
2.Open that in LibreOffice Writer (both Normal mode and web layout mode)
3.Observe the images layout

Actual Results:
•Multiple images are rendered in incorrect positions, overlapping and stacking
on top of each other
•The images obscure surrounding table text and content
•The visual result is a jumbled cluster of images where individual images
should be displayed separately in their designated positions within the table
layout
(Please open the attached document in MSWord - Web layout mode to see the clear
difference).

Expected Results:
•Each image should be displayed in its correct, independent position as defined
in the DOCX document.
•Images should not overlap each other or encroach on surrounding text/table
content
•The layout should match the rendering in Microsoft Word, where all images
appear at their correct positions without any overlap.

Reproducible: Always
