Description:
While looking for why it is not possible to rotate a video, i found this ask
from 2017 :
https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/impress-cant-rotate-video-rotation-tab-is-disabled/27293.
At the time, the rotation tab for videos was disabled and it was intentionally
not possible to rotate a video. Now the rotation tab is no longer grayed out,
but it's still not possible to rotate a video.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert a video in a slide
2. Right click, click on Position and Size, then on Rotation
3. Try to rotate the video and click on OK
Actual Results:
The video does not rotate
Expected Results:
If it's impossible to rotate a video, the Rotate tab should be grayed out
Reproducible: Always
