Found while testing bug 172069
1. Format - Print range - Edit
2. Click shrink print range button and select new range and move mouse back and
forth while holding the left button
Observe that it doesn't coherently shrink back, you have to do movements both
in x and y axis.

The commit is quite big. Xisco: maybe you have an idea to selectively restore
files to see, which one is responsible. The dialog itself is
sc/source/ui/pagedlg/areasdlg.cxx and is not included in the commit. I read the
patch a bit, but didn't notice anything.
