Noticed while testing bug 132411
1. Open attachment 159928
2. Insert a fontwork on page 1
3. Change the anchor to character
4. Move the anchor to the second page
The anchor doesn't move. Seen with all Linux UIs, but not on Windows. I found
that between 3 and 4 it was best to deselect and reselect the object as
otherwise both the anchor and object might move.
