Second, generally speaking, if the problem is shown on a csv file, there is not much use for testers to see a video (as oppose to a real minimal sample of the resulting ods file without private info), unless specifically asked to attach such a video file. Having said that, in the video we can see that the first column does not really contain dates, but text, as they include an initial apostrophe (aka single quotation mark). When importing the csv, you need to select the adequate options and the adequate Date Header (DMY). If you have additional issues with this, please use a forum such as <https://ask.libreoffice.org> or similar.
