Description:
In report wizard when you select some fields for grouping then when you move on
to sort options those fields seems pre-selected (the user cannot change its
value, which seems normal) but there is no text on the drop-down menu button.
A related issue (do not have to be fixed here) is that the interface allow you
to select a fild for sorting more that one time and then gives you an error:
"The sort criterion '...' was chosen twice. Each criterion can only be chosen
once.". A more intuitive interface would only provide the valid choices in the
drop-down menu.

1. Create a database and a table
2. Go to report wizard up to selecting a field for grouping
3. Move on to Sort options

The first lists that are preselected have no visible value

The field names should be visible on the list menu.
