Reproduction & Workaround Note:
For QA and developers attempting to reproduce this trace: these crashes were
consistently triggered under heavy structural load. The original Master
Document (.odm) was managing over 151,000 words across a couple dozen linked
.odt chapter files.

As a workaround, I have split the massive manuscript into three smaller Master
Documents. Since reducing the global file size and structure, the application
has remained stable with zero recurring access violations in either
mergedlo.dll or swlo.dll. This strongly implies the pointer corruption is
directly tied to memory scale and presentation pool size under extreme document
weights.
