I can't load stage10.pptx in those older builds any more. Even with 26.8, the PDF export still shows the white spot underneath. So that probably isn't the best test. At this point, the 'problem' has wandered all over the place. I don't really see any point in keeping this bug report open - it seems to be solved for comment 5 under GTK.
