First thanks to Karthik for the work making table styles editable.

However I would like to report that during these changes the localization of
table style names (Academic, Box List Blue, etc.) is lost. Now these strings
are not localizable.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Writer 26.8 in non-English UI.
2. In the sidebar, choose "Styles" pane, click on the "Table Styles" icon to
show table styles.

Expected Result:
See table style names in the UI language.

Actual Result:
Only see English table style names.

Note:
These names show up in other places as well, such as Table > Insert Table...
dialog in Writer and Format > AutoFormat Styles... dialog in Calc.

Version Information:

Build ID: e5019137d9d5f43f2439abe0385282ca6a30a135

VCL: win
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: qtz

(in KeyID UI the version number is not properly shown, it's 26.8 Alpha1)
