File with a table with text vertically oriented: top to bottom and bottom to
top

When the text orientation of a table is set to "Vertical (bottom to top)":
· the spacing below paragraph is shown above (at the left of the cell), and 
· the spacing above paragraph is shown below (at the right of the cell).

To compare:
When the text orientation of a table is set to "Vertical (top to bottom)":
· the spacing below paragraph is shown below (at the left of the cell), and 
· the spacing above paragraph is shown above (at the right of the cell).
