1. Drop down the colour picker without clicking in it.

2. Click an unresponsive area of the picker (not in a colour box) so that the
colour picker dialog gets the focus.

When the colour picker has the focus, the outline of the current colour
selection now appears in the Recent list, but faintly. The outline of the
current colour selection in the waffle grid looks normal.
So there are 2 related things to fix.
A) Strengthen the outline of the current selection in the Recent list so that
it looks the same as the outline in the waffle grid. The outline should appear
in both when the current cell background has that colour.
B) Make the outline in the Recent list visible when the colour picker opens
(before it has the focus), like the outline in the waffle grid.
