The option to "Compare Documents" is missing.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a document.
2.Click on Edit -> Track Changes.
3.The option to "Compare Documents" is missing.
Actual Results:
The shown options are Record, Show, Manage ... Protect, but "Compare Documents"
is missing
Expected Results:
The option to "Compare Documents" should be present, as it is in Calc.
