Description:
In Additions dialog, for example File > Templates > Manage templates > Manage >
Extensions, extensions are loaded which includes images. Images are load one by
one which takes times and it is slow.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Templates dialog (Ctrl + Shift + N in linux)
2. Manage > Extensions
3. Additions dialog is loaded, the list load extensions one by one because
images are being loaded sequentially
4. Images are cached, so to reproduce you might need to load more extensions
with a button at the end of the list
Actual Results:
The extensions appear slowly one by one in the list
Expected Results:
The list can load faster because images are loaded to cache in parallel
