Description:
After a recent update to Libre Office all the menus now how garbled text before
the menu title. For example in stead of saying File when in the main browser it
says GhjEq||File and all clickable menus are doing the same for example the
Welcome screen now has where Credits should be written it says CDnBA||Credits
Steps to Reproduce:
1.None required open program causes error

Actual Results:
gives all menus and clickable items such as cancel garbled letters in front of
the menu name
Expected Results:
This is not expected the menu should be readable in English
