Using the find & replace dialog, I just tested master, 24.2, and 4.4. In every
case, when I press the 'Alt' button, the 't' in Match is underlined. Pressing
Alt-t toggles the match case checkbox.


Ah, this report is talking about the Ctrl-F 'find toolbar' at the bottom of the
screen. Indeed, that one has no shortcuts. (In fact, it doesn't even list the
Ctrl-g and Ctrl-Shift-g shortcuts that are available for find next/find
previous.)
