I think there is confusion now because bugs like Bug 95442 are being marked as dups of this one that report the initial problem which appears to have been fixed in ther 26.2.4 release (that bug was that Ctl-Shift-Space typed into a dialog was wrongly sent to the document, doing unintended edits).
