I would consider Microsoft's result unacceptable. A search MUST find exactly
what the user types. To use your example, I would ONLY want to find the
instances where "can't" was written with a straight quote. I wouldn't want to
find the instances where it existed correctly.

In any case, this is really a duplicate of bug 91030.
