Description:
This is not very explainable, but I'll try.

Whenever you scroll, a series of lines are generated based on how fast you
scroll when the toolbar is touching a pasted image.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Paste an image to a new writer file.
2. Scroll up such that the toolbar at the top touches the image
3. See the lines

Actual Results:
Lines appear on the image

Expected Results:
It should scroll normally without affecting the image
