Sorry about overlooking this.

- I am not getting the dialog asking I want to review the release notes,
presumably because I am no longer launching LibreOffice 26.2.4 for the first
time. I actually just upgraded to 26.2.4.2 and that upgrade was not enough to
trigger the dialog. Is there a file I can either touch or delete to make the
dialog recur?

- The preference pane you refer to has the preference "Use Skia for all
rendering" checked but grayed out; LibreOffice does not allow me to un-check
it. Additionally, "Force Skia software rendering" is already unchecked.
Checking it does not make "Use Skia for all rendering" toggleable. Is there
some other preference I need to set to allow me to toggle "Use Skia for all
rendering"?
