resets the formatting of all cells
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 25.8.4.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)

Description:
I create table in LibreOffice text with default character formatting. In a few
cells, I change the formatting, for example to a predefined style like Heading
4, or to italic characters.
Once I delete a row from the table, all cells are reverted to default format.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a table and fill some cells
2.Assign formatting to a few cells: either direct (italics characters) or with
a paragraph style
3.Delete a row, even an empty one

Actual Results:
Table cells reverts to default formatting.

Expected Results:
The directly formatted or style-formatted cells should remain formatted.

Reproducible: Always
