Description:
For tables, can specify uniform row heights, but cannot specify uniform column
widths (only per column).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a table.
2. Drag with mouse to select all table cells.
3. Right click on table, click "Size", then "Column Width..."
Actual Results:
A dialog appears which sets individual column widths.
Expected Results:
Should have an option to change all the column widths.
Reproducible: Always
