Description:
When I want to fine-tune a picture or drawing object in Writer or Draw, I can
use Option and the left/right arrows to nudge it sideways, but I can't use
Option and the up/down arrows to nudge it vertically.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.import a jpg to writer
2.option and left/right arrows to nudge it
3.option and up/down arrows to nudge it
Actual Results:
It dose not work when try nudge image object with option and up/down arrows.
Expected Results:
It should work when nudge image object with option and up/down arrows.
Reproducible: Always
