Update help page of the Hyperlink dialog.

2. The images are correct, but the descriptions haven't been updated.
Expected Results:
2. Images and captions should be matched.

Additional Info:
The "Web" option under "Hyperlink Settings" has been removed and replaced with
"Text."
At the end of the "Hyperlink Settings" section, add an explanation for the
"remove query string" option.
