Description:
When a Writer document is created from a template, updating the template
correctly prompts the user to update styles when the document is reopened.
Paragraph style changes are applied immediately to existing paragraphs.
However, Frame Style changes are not applied to existing frames, even though
the Frame Style definition in the document is updated.
The frame continues to display the old formatting until a different Frame Style
is applied to the frame and then the original Frame Style is applied again.
Reapplying the same Frame Style while it is already selected has no effect.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Writer template (.ott).
2. Create a custom Frame Style (for example "MyFrame") with a distinctive
width.
3. Create a new document from the template.
4. Insert a frame and apply the custom Frame Style.
5. Save and close the document.
6. Edit the template and change a property of the custom Frame Style (for
example, reduce the frame width).
7. Save the template.
8. Open the document created in step 3.
9. When prompted, "The template on which this document is based, has been
modified. Do you want to update the styles of the current document, using the
modified template?" choose Update Styles.
Actual Results:
The Frame Style definition in the document contains the updated property from
the template.
Existing frames using that Frame Style retain the old formatting.
Selecting the same Frame Style again has no effect.
Applying a different Frame Style and then reapplying the original Frame Style
causes the frame to adopt the updated properties.
Expected Results:
After choosing to Update Styles in response to the "The template on which this
document is based, has been modified. Do you want to update the styles of the
current document, using the modified template?", all existing frames using the
updated Frame Style should automatically reflect the new style properties, in
the same way that paragraphs update when a Paragraph Style changes.

Additional Info:
The issue was reproduced with a document created directly from the template
(not attached later using a template-changing extension).
On opening a document based on the template, the template update prompt "The
template on which this document is based, has been modified. Do you want to
update the styles of the current document, using the modified template?"
appears normally.
Paragraph Style changes from the same template update correctly.
The Frame Style definition itself is updated correctly but existing frame
instances fail to refresh.
No direct formatting was applied to the frames.
