Description:
In LibreOffice Math, the "Functions" category of the Elements panel lists
Arabic and Persian variants of the trigonometric and other functions (shown
alongside the standard sin, cos, tan, etc.). These were introduced in 24.2 as
part of Arabic/Persian operator support (see bug 111705).
The problem: they are displayed unconditionally, regardless of the Complex Text
Layout (CTL) setting. Setting Tools > Options > Languages and Locales > Default
Languages for Documents > Complex text layout to [None] and fully restarting
LibreOffice does NOT remove them.
For users who only work with Latin-script (LTR) mathematics, this significantly
clutters the Functions list and makes the standard functions harder to find.
Request: gate the display of these Arabic/Persian function entries on CTL being
enabled (i.e. show them only when a CTL language is active), or add an option
to hide them.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Tools > Options > Languages and Locales > Complex text layout to [None].
2. Fully restart LibreOffice.
3. Open Math (File > New > Formula) and select the "Functions" category in the
Elements panel.
Actual: The Functions list contains Arabic and Persian function variants in
addition to the standard Latin functions.
Expected: With CTL disabled, only the standard Latin functions are shown (or
there is an option to hide the Arabic/Persian variants).
Actual Results:
The Functions category of the Elements panel lists Arabic and Persian function
variants alongside the standard Latin functions (sin, cos, tan, etc.). They
remain present even with CTL set to [None] and after a full restart of
LibreOffice.
Expected Results:
With CTL disabled, the Functions category should list only the standard Latin
functions — or there should be an option to hide the Arabic/Persian variants.

This is a request to make the display of the Arabic/Persian function entries
optional (e.g. gated on CTL being enabled), not a crash or a user-profile
