I agree with Shinji. Moving it to "Tools" (or "Edit") is absolutely crazy.

After skimming through the menus...

I could *possibly* see it getting slotted in "Insert" right below:

- Text Box
- Comment
- Frame
- Fontwork...
- !!! RIGHT HERE!!!

But yes, I agree, some of these "newer" CJK dialogs and options might need a
little reorganization and lookover again.

I think it would need a little more input from Japanese/Ruby users too.

Where the heck are the equivalent features organized in Word/Google Docs and
similar? I have no idea how those look while Japanese is enabled.

>From a quick skimming through articles, I *think* the "Phonetic Guide" appears
in Microsoft Word 365 under the:

- "Home" tab > "Font" subsection
- A little "Phonetic Guide" icon appears...
--- ONLY if "Japanese" language is enabled in Proofing Tools.
