If I use Insert / Header and Footer, Apply does not change it until I have
closed and reopened
Steps to Reproduce:
1.click Insert / Header and Footer
2.change the contents
3.click Apply
Actual Results:
Footer does not change
Expected Results:
Should reflect the change
