In the current version of LibreOffice the "Evaluate up to level" has changed to "Include up to level". In this case, do I just not change it to "Show up to level"? 2. The "Create Index or Table of Contents" or "Chapter" in the For also hasn't changed, is this part of the EasyHacks too? 3.
