            Bug ID: 172865
Summary: LibreOffice won't start in safe mode - claims it's
                    missing access to ~/.config/libreofficedev/4
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 27.2.0.0 alpha0+ master
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

I've just filed bug 172864, and so I wanted to start LO in safe mode. When
doing so, I get a dialog and a console message saying:

LibreOfficeDev 27.2 - Fatal Error: The application cannot be started.
LibreOfficeDev user installation could not be processed due to missing access
rights. Please make sure that you have sufficient access rights for the
following
  location and restart LibreOfficeDev:

  /home/eyalroz/.config/libreofficedev/4

Well, the rights are just fine:

  $ ls -lad /home/eyalroz/.config/libreofficedev/4
  drwx------ 5 eyalroz eyalroz 4096 Jul 20 23:31
/home/eyalroz/.config/libreofficedev/4

and when running in non-safe mode I don't get any complaints. Well, other than
not being able to access the icons (bug 172864)...
