I use a conditional formatting (Icon set, with three arrows). I want to have
the red arrow when the cell value is lower than the one in the condition,
yellow if equal and green if higher than than the one in the condition, defined
as on the Screenshot 1.
After applying the formatting, it shows and behaves as it should (Screenshot
2).
If you save the file, close it and then reopen it, the conditional formatting
is gone (Screenshot 3). If you edit the formatting, the values are there but
the conditions are all either ">" or "<" in all three cases (Screenshot 4),
which nulls the expecting formatting.
This issue is not new, I have notice it in all 26.2.x version and previous
versions 25.8.x, 25.2.x of LibreOffice, I have noticed under Linux Mint and
Windows 11.
On Windows 11 (64 bit) I use official builds from LibreOffice.org site, and on
Linux Mint 22.3 and 21.3 (all 64 bit versions) from ppa
(https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+archive/ubuntu/ppa)
