When possible I would recommend to update your installation to the latest 4.1 release (please read the release notes here[1] for present bugs that might affect you) available on the download page or try the 4.0.5 pre release from here[2] I will close this bug, if the problem still exists for you with the versions mentioned please change it back to UNCONFIRMED.
