This bug is about the _defaults_ we ship with. People can also make the
opposite change of shortcuts by themselves... and in practice, few users will
ever do so, both because it is slightly difficult, and because it will not
occur to them to do so. The question is which semantics are better when we
aggregate their benefit over all users, or what is almost (but not quite) the
same: What's more helpful to the typical user to have.

Actually here I'm afraid - as the title suggests. And that's why Danat's bug
was marked a dupe of this one.
