Steps from the video are:
1. Input text
2. Change it to Heading 1 (with Ctrl+1, for example)
3. In the Styles deck in Sidebar, right-click Heading 7 and select Edit Style

You see the focus jumps to Heading 1 after you right-click and you end up
editing Heading 1.

If you change the style within an empty paragraph before inputting text, there
is no problem.

I wouldn't say it's critical severity as there is no crash, but off the top of
my head I can't think of other ways to pick any style for editing without
applying it.
