Hello,
I've seen similar bug reports, but I think it's important to mention this bug
again
LibreOffice 25.8.7.3 won't start.
I installed LO on an HP EliteBook G11 and then, for testing purposes, on a
ThinkPad L560. Both laptops had been freshly set up with the original Windows
11 Pro (10.0.26200 Build 26200). The only antivirus running is MS Defender.
The installation completes successfully, and a shortcut to LO appears on the
desktop. When I try to launch LO, the message “LibreOffice Update, Please wait
while we update your installation” appears. Eventually, the update finishes,
but LO still won’t start. The blue circle appears briefly and then disappears.
Repairing it via Control Panel -> Programs and Features didn’t help. Neither
did uninstalling and reinstalling it.
LO also won’t start in Safe Mode.
Installing the latest version, LO 26.2.4, directly doesn’t help either.

I checked the MSVCP140.dll file. It’s there. Errors involving MSVCP140.dll seem
to occur quite frequently. In any case, it’s easy to find instructions on what
to do. Unfortunately, that didn’t help.
And under “Invalid application name,” it says version 26.2.5.2, even though I
installed version 25.8.7.3.

Unfortunately, LibreOffice does not display an error message. The error is
logged only in the Windows Event Viewer. It is difficult for a regular user to
