So, you have a specific design (background/font/font size/font color) for a certain row, and you want to insert more data, so you have the option Insert Rows Below. This way, you inherit the above style for all the new rows that you insert. Maybe if I have some cells with data and I want to add a row with a header, I want to add a row but not with the same design like data rows.
