As I said, there must be strange hidden processes in background to cause this behavior, maybe with skia. And no, I have no virus and no macro running at the moment, it's alone a LO problem or maybe a strange problem with windows in relation to LO. For me it's no more a really problem, only nasty. I switch to Linux this month and can also live with small lags of Tool menu.
