Good and Faulty SVG icons in Draw 4.0.2

I have a network diagram made with the AWS SVGs
(http://aws.amazon.com/architecture/icons/ - 'svg + eps zip'), created when
using LibreOffice Draw 3.6 (on ubuntu).

I've returned to edit the diagram after upgrading to 4.0.2 (actually
4.0.2-0ubuntu1) and now some of the SVG icons are overlaid with what looks like
xml.

The SVGs look fine when opened in another viewer, but still show the fault when
inserted into Writer as well as Draw.

I've attached an image taken from a new document in Draw, showing icons from
that set that both do and don't exhibit the problem.

I couldn't find another bug that looked like this particular issue, though
there does seem to be some that refer to problems with SVGs in the 3.x > 4.x
upgrade (eg #64076)
