Description:
when d-clicking an indexed word for "alphabetical index", the edit index entry
pops up.
when d-clicking an indexed word for other index types, the word is selected (as
expected)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create an index entry for "alphabetical index", insert, close
2. double click on that indexed word
Actual Results:
edit index entry pops up
Expected Results:
the word should be selected (as it happens for other index types). if i want to
edit the underlying index entry, i'll have to rmb it and select "edit index
entry", which is more consistent and what i would expect.
