The current Calc Notebookbar - after the introduction of section titles - has
many issues with section naming, command labeling, and the placement and
visibility of commands in sections. This bug regards issues with the _Review
Tab_ specifically.
1. In the "Comments" section, the "Comment" command should be renamed "Insert".
2. We should replace the "Document" section with "Spreadsheet" or "Sheet", and
move the Redact, Compare and Merge commands into their own section (maybe call
that one "Versions"?)
3. In the "Spreadsheet" section, remove the word "Spreadsheet" from the labels
of commands "Share Spreadsheet", "Protect Sheet", "Protect Spreadsheet
Structure"
4. I am not sure that "Redact", "Compare" and "Merge" belong in the "Document"
section, especially with my suggested name change, but even without it.
