Olivier and myself both spent some time trying to figure out what the "Col/Row
Header" string is used for when translating. If we add some translator comments
we might be able to save a lot of translator time.

translator comments to new strings that explain how to find them in the UI

But the patch has some repetetive content, not sure it's needed. Neither I know
if this x-comment is taken into weblate. LBNL, I would miss a Bugzilla
reference if it was more than code clean-up ;-).

pot via the cfgex tool and then it appears in weblate
