Yes, I am using an external Perixx mouse. I am using a desktop Mac setup and do not have an Apple trackpad available for comparison. The mouse’s scroll wheel is not functional, so I normally scroll by interacting directly with the vertical scrollbar. I have definitely reproduced the hang when clicking and dragging the scrollbar thumb. I may also have experienced it when clicking elsewhere in the scrollbar track, but I have not confirmed that behavior and don’t want to state it as certain.
