The second document - with only two pages - mentioned in my description. In my
LibreOffice, the numbers in its second numbered list appear not in Candara (the
actual font), but in Symbol.
Problem description: When I produce a document, create several numbered list
and save the file as a .DOC, some of them can loose the formatting of the font
of the numbers. For example, I made a document in Arial with several numbered
lists. Then I saved it in .DOC. When I reopened the document, the numbers in
many numbered lists lost the font Arial and were presented as Symbol. I've
created the document properly, i.e., using correctly the styles. I even thought
that was something solely related to that file, but then I've just finished
another document, much more simple, with only three numbered lists within two
pages, and one of them has lost its font formatting in the numbers the same
way. In both documents, I try to apply again the font formatting to the
numbers, it seems to be accepted, I save the document (always in .DOC) but
then, when I reopen it, the same lists have lost their formatting (only in the
numbers, which always come back to Symbol, instead of Arial or any other font).
That happened to me in LibreOffice 4.0 and in 4.1. I couldn't yet find any
pattern about which lists shall suffer this bug and which shalln't.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create several numbered lists;
2. Apply another font to them (using Styles or directly);
3. Save the document as .DOC;
4. Reopen the document in LibreOffice.
Current behavior: Numbers in some numbered lists loose the applied font and
LibreOffice says they're formatted in font Symbol.
Expected behavior: Numbers in some numbered lists keep their new font.
