Description:
Characters containing dakuten or handakuten will be converted to half-width,
but the text will not revert to full-width afterward.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. New Text Document
2. Insert Text "プロパティ"
3. Select Text "プロパティ"
4. Menu [Format]-[Text]-[Half-width]
5. Menu [Format]-[Text]-[Full-width]
