LO 'remembers' the relevant module's window size and position on a per document
basis, by saving this information into the document. Whether that's a good idea
or not is perhaps a question, but - these persisted settings are used
inconsistently:
* If I open a document as an _additional_ document with another one open in
Writer, the new window will have the position and dimensions it had when the
document was last saved.
* If I open a document from the File explorer program (Nemo in my case), and no
LO window is open, the new window will have the position and dimensions it had
when the document was last saved.
* But - if Start Center is open, i.e. no LO document is open, and I open the
document through there - the window will _not_ assume the position and
dimensions it had when the file was saved.
