Description:
I have plenty of need to see the options in the Start Center. The only change I
request is that if I open Start Center, then get working on an LO document,
when I click on the Start Center icon again, I want Start Center to open again.
Then I can get to my templates, easily and quickly get to different apps. I can
see recents from different apps. With current process, if I'm in Doc, and I
want to open a recent spreadsheet, I have to open Calc, then go to Recents.
Likewise opening a template is easy peasy from this screen, not elsewhere.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any LO document.
2. Try to get the Start Center open without closing all open LO docs.
3. Can't be done.
Actual Results:
I don't want to have to close all my docs because after I get Start Center
open, I'll likely have to reopen all of those docs.
Expected Results:
I don't want to continually close all open docs to get to Start Center.

User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
EVERY time I click on the LO icon, Start Center should open.
