Description:
When an XLSX spreadsheet containing embedded graphic images is opened in
LibreOffice Calc, the graphics initially appear in the correct positions and
sizes. After making an ordinary change to the spreadsheet, saving the XLSX
file, closing LibreOffice, and reopening the file, the graphics move to
different positions and/or change size.
The problem is particularly reproducible with a worksheet using Right-to-Left
(RTL) layout.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the attached Librecalc bug.xlsx in LibreOffice Calc.
2.Go to the worksheet containing the embedded graphics.
3.Verify that the graphics are initially positioned and sized correctly.
4. Make an ordinary change to a cell. The change is unrelated to the graphics.
5. Save the workbook in XLSX format.
6. Close LibreOffice completely.
7. Reopen the saved XLSX file.
8. Examine the embedded graphics.
Actual Results:
The graphics are moved and/or resized.

the graphics should show up in the size and position that they were in when the
file was saved

Additional Info:
A useful workaround was discovered during testing.
When the worksheet is kept Left-to-Right rather than Right-to-Left, and the
graphics use corrected one-cell anchors, the graphics remain in their correct
positions and sizes through the same edit/save/close/reopen cycle.
This strongly suggests that the problem is related to the way Calc imports and
subsequently exports Excel drawing anchors, particularly in combination with
RTL worksheet layout.
Changing the worksheet to Left-to-Right is not an ideal solution because it
changes the intended layout of a Hebrew worksheet.
