Steps
1. open attached document
2. notice it has 1 page and the distance between the title and the body text
3. open styles sidebar
4. right click 'normal' style and select 'edit style'
5. in dialog, select font tab and change font size to 14pt and press 'ok'
6. notice that its now 4 pages and body text is now at the top of page 3
