On git master, the table of contents dialog no longer works.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a writer document
2. Click Insert->Insert Table of Contents and Index->Table of Contents, Index
or Bibliography
Actual Results:
LibreOffice crashes
Expected Results:
The table of contents dialog should appear
Reproducible: Always

If I revert 2ad2d0e524bbf4c8b0e4f5905c87cdeab8132edb then it no longer crashes.
