It is an master with only one slide layout and that has an image placeholder. The actually presentation has an image where the master layout has the placeholder. Open the file. It does not only show the image but shows the placeholder as well. When saving the presentation directly to pptx format without any changes, PowerPoint detects unreadable content. A round-trip through odp is not needed to trigger the error.
